- PhD degree students above/or completed PhD degree less than one year ago at the time of application.
- Fluency (oral and written) in English and Chinese;
- Education or any other major in the social science/science fields;
- Good communication skills, including writing skills;
- Good computer and IT skills and experience in using office software packages;
- An awareness of the many facets of a multicultural world and a commitment to international public service are essential;
- The duration of an internship must be six months on a full-time basis (five working days a week).
- Assist in collecting and translating documents in connection with education policies and laws, government reports, research papers and media reports;
- Assist with translation and proof-reading project documents and reports as well as coordination and implementation of projects and activities;
- Assist in coordinating the organization of seminars, workshops and events;
- Assistance in administrative tasks;
- Any other tasks as assigned by his/her immediate supervisor.
